PV110T Compability with HP SureStore DLT 80

Is it possible to restore data from a DLT IV tape written on a HP Netserver with SureStore DLT8000 tape drive to my Dell PowerEdge 1600 with a PV110T tape drive?  Both are running Veritas Backup Exec on Windows 2000.  I want to replace the Netserver with the PowerEdge, but still have the Netserver as a standby server at another location.  Restoring from one server to the other would be the easiest solution, but have not been able to read tapes on the PowerEdge that were written on the Netserver.
