Hi Sam, I am having the same issue. Our configuration manager changed the password and what he has in his notes is not correct. If I send you my key can you reveal the key?
So it sounds like you are trying to get access to the web utility of the TL2000? If that is the case then you can reset the admin password is from the OCP (Operator Control Panel) go to the Configure Menu. Then from within the configure menu you are going to want to select Save/Restore. Once in the save & restore menu then select Restore Passwords. This will restore all passwords back to factory password. The factory user name & password are: Username=Admin Password=Secure.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Are you not able to log in to the web utility or your iSCSI bridge? If it is the web utility then if you can access the front panel of your TL2000 then you can reset the configuration of the library and it will reset the passwords on the web utility back to the factory password.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
yes it's actually about the iSCSI Bridge itself. Setting the library to its defaults seems to have no effect on the iSCSI bridge and I can't find any option in the library that refers to the bridge as well.
I will need the challenge code that you get when you type DELLSUPPORT in the password field. I will send you an email that you can reply back with the challenge code.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi Sam,
I have tried too many wrong passwords, and now the account Admin is locked.
What can I do?
I have another users by TL2000: User, Superuser, Service but I didn`t know the passwords.
I can make a password reset, but I´m not sure, that Admin locked stay or not?
How can I unlock the Admin??
Thank you
