I'm also needing to get into my PowerVault 124-T. I see no asterisks on my splash page, but I do have the following:

PV-124T
S/N:CJ4HBC0199
Cust S/N: BU1432BHP0019
LTO-6
S/N:10WT009287

EDIT: Thanks to another thread, I was informed to use Internet Explorer. Now I see the asterisks and 5-digit code:

** 34077 **

Can you help me with a password to access my PV? We're needing to update the firmware due to tape-eject issues.

EDIT: After I performed the firmware update, I'm getting prompted for a new password. Code this time is ** 63011 **. Can you please provide the credentials?

My code seems to have changed this morning to ** 53504 **.

That may've been because I had to reboot the PowerVault yesterday after the f/w update. Will the code continue to change at reboot?

Correction, my "realm" number is **60192**

I would think there is an easier way by now, I have the same problem. I can get into the LCD but not the remote web utility, my real number is **60192**
