PowerVault MD3200i disk by-passed
Hi, I have a problem with a by-passed disk. I have already replaced the disk, but it still becomes by-passed. I have 2 x 6TB disks installed in the box in RAID 1, but the third one is marked as by-passed. I have also tried reseating it in different slots, but nothing changes.
Thanks in advance.

Hello MarkoTamm,
The drive that you are using does it have a dell part# on it? Also, what is the current version of firmware on your MD3200i?
Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hello MarkoTamm,
Can I get you to create a support bundle so that we can review it to see why your disk is not showing? I will send you an email that you can reply to with the logs.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Thank You for Your help, the 6TB disk is with a Dell PN: W1C90. This is not a supported 6TB disk in the MD3200i compatibility matrix.

The supported ones are with these part numbers:
