Hi,

What OS are you running? If it is doing it at the same time every week it may be software related and not hardware. The PERC battery should not be causing a reboot if it fails. Are there any events in the event log?

I would try turning off auto restart on failure in windows and see if that gives an error message as to what is causing it.

I will disable that setting, and check the logs next time it is "due" to restart.  It seems to be doing it almost on a set schedule of every 14 days at the same time of day.  Thank you for your help.  I will update the post once I have more information.

It is running windows server 2012.  It only shows an OS boot and the PERC event on startup, no graceful shut down event.  When we lose our connection to the server, I have gone to our server room, and have witnessed the reboot.  The PERC battery is a new event that is occurring on said reboot.  Is there a software setting that we can adjust to stop this from happening, or change to happen on a weekend when it will not affect the office?
