PowerVault TL4000 & Backup Exec

Question

Hello,

we have bought a PowerVault TL4000 TapeLibary and try to get it up and running with

Backup Exec 9.1.

We can see the drive but not the autoloader.

Has anybody done this before? Is it possible?

I think 10d is the earliest supported version.

yes, you are right!   I´ve installed Version 10 d with the latest veritas driver update and now it works!   Thanks

Hi, I have Veritas BackupExce 11.0 and also I just can see the drive but no the Library....I already download the lates drivers from Symantec site but still unable to see it! Thanks!
