effectively i removed whole magazin, try to move from the picker to main and other positions and I always get the same error, disable further reading barcode and the error persists.
I made sure to check that there were not remains of labels on the robot.
if you know any other way to check or look otherwise.
Do you have the web utility configured on the PV124T? I ask this as in most cases the system is completely full of media including the picker and a couple of tapes need to be removed so the picker can put the tape that is in it into an empty slot. If you don’t have the web utility configured then what you can do is to remove both magazines and with a flash light look & see if there is a tape in the picker. Once you have the magazines out you can rotate the picker to the left & the right & if there is a tape in the picker you will be able to see it and remove it. Also what you can do once you eject the magazines is to see if all the slots in the magazines are full & if that is the case then that is why you are getting the message as well. If there isn’t a tape in the picker then check to make sure that there is no barcode label that is stuck to the barcode reader as that also will make the picker think that there is a tape in it.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
