What you need to do is to destroy all virtual disk and disks groups on your MD3200i. Once that is done then you can remove the drives and insert them into your server. If you are still wanting to use your MD3200 then you will want to leave drives 0-3, as they will be needed to have your MD3200i boot correctly & your controllers will not go into a lockdown state.
