Robotic Failure Code:98 63
I am getting the above mentioned error code on my LT2000 unit. I am running Symantec Backup Exec 12.
I am unable to:
a) Manage the library from within the BackupExec app?
b) The Autoloader has been set to sequential, yet the tapes do not 'roll-over'?
What am i Missing? The device is a SAS device and I can access all the settings via http...

You need to have the library setup for Random Mode not sequential. Seqential mode is for backup applications that do not recognize a medium changer. When in sequential mode the changer is hidden from the application.
Set the library back to random then re-run the device configuration wizard. A reboot may be needed to help detect the unit.
