Looking at your layout of your setup all looks correct as we state in our deployment guide.  Now you state that when doing backups that you get a slow speed.  Is the slow performance happening during a specific backup jobs or is it for all backup jobs?  Also is there any other time that you get slow performance?

I experience not only slow  backups but also copying files from the file server, and sometimes users complain about the slowness of Outlook with the mail server.

I know my system is not working correctly but unfortunately I do not know what to put my finger thing.

Do you think adding iSCSI card would improve performance?

I want to add the Intel network card (the card is installed now Brodcom) that I have read in various forums that the  Brodcom nic  doesn't provide high performance definition Jambo Frame.

You could look at adding some new nics into the servers and then adding another connection to both controllers in the MD3200i.  By adding another connection from the MD3200i to your iSCSI switch should help spread the data among all the connections & improve your performance.  One thing I forgot to as is what type of drives do you have in your MD3200i?  As in size & speed of the drives.

i add a result of HD Tune tests that i made on my hyper v. you can see that the read test from the local disk is much better than from the MD3200i.
