Stop MD3800i and MD1220 to change connection
Hello,
We have an MD3800i cabinet and connected to it an MD1220 extension. The problem is that there was a ransomware attack and everything was disconnected, when it was reconnected, the cabin sent us a connection error (although it is working). We have seen that the MD1220 extension has a cable connected to the IN output and the other to OUT, both connected to the MD3800i cabinet, and we have to connect it to MD1220, since I am sure that the error it gives is that. How should I act to change this cable? Do I need to turn off both the cabin and the extension? Which one should I turn off and on first? Thank you very much!

Documentation says you need to power it off.
