Storage Manager - Port and authentication SMTP

Question

Hi,

I have a client who need to use the port 587 with authentication for using the SMTP notification for his SAN.

I'm affraid that we can't do this with the Powervault Modular Disk Storage Manager. Can anyone confirm that?

He use the version 11.20.0G06.0015 if there is new version with this support.

Hello TeXDeX,

With an MD3xxx system you only provide the server name for your SMTP mail server. There isn’t a way to change the port that the MD3xxx will use.
