I first installed the Dell drivers that are on the site. Windows picked it up and everything (they even picked it up before I installed the drivers).
BackupExec can see the TL2000, but only sees it as a Stand-alone Drive. Not as a Robotic Library. So the only 2 options I have are Inventory and Eject. Neither one does anything.
I saw a thread on here somewhere where someone had a similar setup as I have, but with BE 11. The advice given was to uninstall any Dell driver, and only use the BE provided drivers. I tried this...but still, same thing.
I'm not sure if the issue is with the TL2000 and BE10.1d, SAS communication, drivers...don't know.
Oh man. That WORKED! I was trying to install it while I was working with Dell (over the phone), and they told me that could cause bigger driver issues and corrupt some stuff. So...as soon as I was going to download it, I Xed out of that window...

Have you installed the latest DDI for 10.1?
