TL400 Firmware Update Question
I am updating the firmware in our TL4000 library. The library firmware applied just fine. When I went to update the drive firmware, I realized there are two files in the folder that was extracted from the download: LTO4_E6Q3.fc.ro and LTO4_E6Q3.ro. Do I apply both files? Just one? Which one? In what order?

Hello smoyerd05,
The difference in the firmware is if you have a fibre or sas drive. If you have a fibre drive then you will install this firmware LTO4_E6Q3.fc.ro. If you only have a sas drive then you will install this one LTO4_E6Q3.ro.
