There are a couple of things that could cause this. Do you have Quota Advisor installed? If so, uninstall it, and install the latest version from Veritas.
Otherwise, we will need a full dump, so that we can analyze the stack trace.
This is the top of the stack when it bit the dust..notice the function names on the right..really I/O related with no mention of third party drivers other than Dell provided.
This is more than likely a hardware related issue. I would check the cables to the drives, and if that doesn't help, open a case with technical support.
