Unable to manage or initialize Storage Processor B on Dell AX150i
I recently moved our Dell AX150i to another location. I went through the reinitialization process and I'm having trouble with SPB. When the Initialization tool finds the uninitialized device, I only have the option to set an IP on SPA. SPB is greyed out showing 0.0.0.0. I have tested network cables by swapping all the cables from SPA to SPB. I don't suspect any network issues at this point.
When I open the Power Path console, under Storage Arrays, SPB0 and SPB1 are showing DEAD.
What could possibly be the issue besides a dead storage processor? Any ideas?

Check the fault light on SPB. If it's blinking, SPB hasn't finished booting. The blink speed can be an indicator of where it is in the bios-test/post/boot process.
If the blinking keeps cycling through blinking-frequencies, it's probably unable to finish booting.
If you moved the system, one thing I've seen help situations like this is to shut down the system completely and reseat the first 4 drives (disk 0 to disk 3). These contain the OS for the storage processors, and sometimes during transport if one of those drives isn't making 100% contact it causes SP boot issues (even though a single drive with a problem shouldn't cause this).

Thanks. I will check the blinking status of SPB and I will also shut it down and reseat drives 0-3. I will report back and let you know the results. I think I can do this tomorrow (Tuesday, 11/16).
