Dell Precision 5810 Fresh Install of Windows 10 Home

Hello all. 

On Jan 17, 2020, I began installing Windows 10 Home on my Dell Precision T5810. I chose the fresh install instead on using the upgrade route. Previously, I was running Windows 7.

After installation, I got the black screen of death after Windows 10 booted up. During the boot sequence, the hardware/harddrive screen appears, then I get the Windows 10 logo with the spinning dots for about 15 seconds. Then the screen goes black and my monitor reports a lost signal and stays black. I read through many of the posts and answers on the Microsoft forum and have tried everything that looks relevant from the information provided there.

So far, I have tried the following.

A. Booted into Safe Mode with Networking. And updated the device driver for the NVIDIA NVS 310. I downloaded the latest driver for this from NVIDIA's site.

B. Booted into Safe Mode with Networking and run Windows Update. Windows Updates launches and appears to run but never returns any results. I have double checked that my internet connection is in fact working.

C. Booted into Safe Mode with Networking and tried installing a device driver using Compatibility Mode. Compatibility Mode does not appear as an option on Windows 10 Device Manager. 

I've repeated steps A and B above several times. And when I boot into Windows 10 normally, I still end up back at the black screen of death.

One challenge with finding the right drivers on Dell's site is that the sensing of the proper drivers does not work in Safe Mode and i cannot get the computer to give me a display screen outside of safe mode.

Any suggestions for how to find the right Dell driver updates manually for Windows 10 on the Dell site? I have already entered my Service Tag in Dell's driver site, but the list of drivers for Windows 10 is quite long and I cannot figure out which one I should download.  Here is the list that I see for my system:
