Dell T5500 PCIe Thunderbold card upgrade
I wish to upgrade my Dell T5500 with thunderbold card. I have slot PCIe X16 75W and Slot2 PCIe2 x16 75W free to use.
I try to find on internt with brand, type can be use to Dell T5500 to upgrade or with type of qustions to ask. I did try to look on Dell shop but now luck.
I suspect that there are lot of people who have managed to mount Thunderbolt cards in their Dell T5500 computers.

The early Precision model which has thunderbolt add-in option was the T5810. The thunderbolt 2 card requires to be in designated PCIe slot and connecting to a thunderbolt header on motherboard.
Lacking the requirements of supported motherboard and GPIO header, the T5500 also doesn't have BIOS support for thunderbolt add-in.
