Dell T7610 Precision USB 3.0 Stopped After Bios A18

My Dell T7610 is on Bios A10 and Working Properly.

I have upgraded Bios A18 and my USB 3.0 Ports , 1 Front and 3 Back all stopped working. They can charge mobile and shows Mouse Light. But didnt worked in Bios, DOS or Windows Environment. Downgrading Bios is susccesful but ME Failed to Downgrade. Reset Bios. Battery Out, Downgarde to A10 and Step bt step upgarded to A18. Issue not resoved.
