Four beeps at boot with RTX 3070 founders edition in Precision 5820
I added a new graphics card to my Dell Precision 5820. The nVidia Geforce RTX 3070.
When I boot the system, I hear four quick beeps at BIOS boot. After this, the system boots fine and the card seems to work fine so far. (Running FurMark as I type this)
I have BIOS version 2.4.0. (Latest) and I am using the BIOS in BIOS/legacy mode. (Not UEFI)
I have the Dell H950EF-00 950W power supply and am using the supplied 8 to 12 pin PCIe power connector.

Update: The beeping is gone when I put the system to UEFI mode instead of BIOS/Legacy mode. But my OS requires BIOS/Legacy/MBR so I put it back to legacy. For now, I will do with the beeping because the system is stable otherwise. I hope that Dell will release a BIOS update to address this issue.

Hi @TheQuickFox ,
Simply google "RTX 3070 beep" and we can find lots of similar cases happened across brands of motherboards and different brands of RTX 3070/3080. It happened on my T5600 and T7600 with GALAX 3080 SG as well.
Instead of a warning, it's more likely to be an "alert" for users telling that it's booting on legacy BIOS rather than preferred UEFI. Nothing related with hardware failure or power supply problem. In most cases, it could be fixed by switching to UEFI boot with CSM support disabled (which do not exist in Dell Precision). As what in your case, everything works fine even with those beeps sound on booting. I believe we may just ignore this "alert". Or you may convert your existing boot drive from MBR to GPT in order to boot with UEFI and get rid of those beep sound.

I also have some beeps with my RTX 3070 FE but as above, no issues beyond that.
