Heat sinks for Precision T5600?

Hello,

I just upgraded the CPUs in my T5600 from E5-2665 (95w) to E5-2690 (135w). As part of that upgrade, I believe I need to upgrade at least one of the heat sinks. Pictures online of systems with the E5-2687w (150w) show one big heat sink in the rear and one little one by the CDROM caddy. Is this the proper arrangement?

 Thanks in advance!

Here’s a picture of a T5600 with a pair of E5-2587w CPUs (150w).
