T3610 + DELL INTEL PRO 1000VT issue

Hello,

Recently I upgraded my T3610 to DELL INTEL PRO 1000VT, 4 ports. After installing it in my computer it is not recognized in BIOS (all slots shown as empty except graphic card slot). When I connect the network cable to one of 4 NICs ports diode lights green.

ESXi runs on my T3610.

Is this network card incompatible with T3610? How can I make it running?
