Battery plugged in, not charging
hello, so i am trying to charge my dell precision m4600 laptop but it is stuck to 0% charging plugged in , but not charging, i saw many of topics that says bios update would be a good fix for this. but to update bios i need more then 10% of charging, so what can i do ? also when i bought this laptop i think by default windows was 32 bit installed and if i am not mistaken the problem started when i installed 64 bit windows.

You need another battery, , you need JHYP2, have you tried going through Dell direct?

If replacing the battery, recycle it at a local home improvement store that takes in used Lithium Ion packs.
