Dell M3800 shutdown while updating BIOS A12

Hi everybody, I have an issue with my Dell M3800 While updating BIOS to A12 version, because of my mistake, my laptop turned off.

And now, I can't turn on normally. When pressed power button:

- Backlist shows

- Fan runs

- Screen doesn't show anything

Please help me solve this issue :( Thanks so much!

Thanks. But it doesn't work. I can't using Ctrl + Esc, but when I using End instead of them, it seem can be boot into recovery mode (fan has maximum spin and Power button blinking with light). When I pluged usb with .hdr & .rom file, usb blinking sometime and turn off its light :(.
I tried with remove CMOS battery to clear BIOS setting then repeat and my usb doesn't turn on light :((
