Dell Precision 5510 Not Installing SSD

Hello, I was curious if someone had a suggestion on this.  My Precision 5510 workstation was serviced to get a new SSD and motherboard, but when I start my computer, it tries to install the necessary programs and it says it will take up to an hour, but it has been over an hour and no progress seems to be made. 

It cycles through messages such as "Your hard drive has been recognized and the computer is now installing the programs that were included with your original system order.  This process may take up to 60 minutes to complete."

I still have control over my mouse, and when i click on the display box, it goes away and says the installation failed and restarts.

Am I doing something wrong?  How do I get my laptop to properly install, as right now I cant use it.
