Dell precision m6500

Question

My dell m6500 display flickering didn't solve ... plz help me I tried win10 and 7 also several times reinstall display driver from dell and nvidia website and try NVPM Nvidia manager like one of the topic in this website.... but my laptop problem didn't solved...

Also my bios is locked and i don't know administrator password to unlock... Because of this i can't update my bios to lasted version ...

@afshin_ipe​ I also have this problem, and many other people have this problem besides us, and it is really regrettable that Dell has not given any answer in this matter in all these years, and still no one is giving an answer.
