Graphic cards on a Precision 3541

I wondered if it is possible to replace the Nvidia Quadro P620 graphic cards on the Precision 3541 for an other card. If yes, which cards are compatible ?

Sorry but the P620 GPU is soldered to the system board and cannot be upgraded.

So, how do you fix a bad graphics card for this laptop then? Does that mean I am just out of luck and have to get a new laptop?

No, you don't need a replacement system, but if the GPU has gone bad, you would need to replace the system board.
