Quotes difficult to read for anyone who doesn't work at Dell
I've been ordering Dell workstations for many years and it seems like the amount of irrelevant line items is only increasing. Add to this the perception that many of the item descriptions make no sense to anyone who doesn't work at Dell. Is it not possible to have the quote and invoice reflect a comprehend-able description of the item in question? For example, this is the line item for what exactly?
MOD,BZL,FHD,NTCH,CMRA+MIC,7540

without searching this up, this is what comes to mind:
mod = module ?
bzl = bezzel
fhd = full HD (screen resolution)
ntch = non-touch (screen)
cmra = camera
mic = microphone
... for Precision 7540
But I know what you mean in general. I don't work for Dell, but have couple of Dell laptops. I only guessed the above because I have configured systems from the Dell website in the past and thus know laptops can come with or without camera for example, touch or non-touch screen, different resolution, etc.
