@Dell-Jordan

You will need to Recover Bitlocker Key from Microsoft account

BitLocker likely ensured that a recovery key was safely backed up prior to activating protection.
There are several places that your recovery key may be.

In your Microsoft account: Sign in to your Microsoft account on another device to find your recovery key.
This is the most likely place to find your recovery key.

Once you have key write it down so that you can go to your system and suspend bitlocker.  This is especially important if you are attempting to update bios.

This subject usually comes up because auto bitlocker is enabled from the factory
after OOBE with microsoft account.

Automatic device encryption has Windows to encrypt the system drive automatically after you completed the setup of your system with MSA (microsoft account).
