1700 laser printer original cartridge refillable?

Hi,

 

       I would like to know if the original toner cartridge that came with the Dell 1700 laser printer can be refilled using the refill kits available on the market, or I will need to buy another cartridge that is refillable.   Thank you very much in advance.
