1815dn - Internal Error wer Off/On 401da424 3T 915

Question

We have a new 1815dn that was defective and replaced with a refurbished unit. Once powered on the refurbished unit shows this message VERBATIM:

Internal Error
wer Off/On XXXX
401da424 3T 915

Any advice is greatly apperciated.

try to reset memory is a aditional memory in this printer? printer is connected with a network cable? when yes, try to change speed of the network card and xtest cable   try to use ps driver if working     when is connected with usb try other usb ports or try to xtest usb cable

1.  Replaced memory with both 64/128 mb modules 2.  Ethernet or not, same error (plugged into a PC3424) 3.  Error message is immediate after plugging in unit. 4.  USB is not being used   Dell has deployed a third MFP (fingers crossed)

try to print after deinstalling additional memory   so u use cross cable and after connection with this cable u becomme this error?
