A920 Printer prints in Spanish I want English

I am trying to get the printer to print in English. I have removed the drivers several times and downloaded the english version and loaded it but It still prints in Spanish and the help menu is in Spanish.

The model is a Dell  A 920 multi purpose printer

hi Tom,
 
Try this, go to your control panel, go to printer when you see your printer, right click and go to properties, Im pretty sure, one of the Tabs in there will give you an option to reset the printer to default settings. Try that. if it'll work. As of the moment I'm still finding ways to set the language of your printer model.:smileywink:

It seems that you may have loaded the wrong driver. Please uninstall the driver and software through Add/Remove Programs and then reinstall from this link. Be sure to choose English if asked.

I was removing them in the printers and faxes area not in the Control Panel. Once I did that, thinks got straighted out.
