C1765nfw LAN Going Offline

On this Dell C1765nfw laser printer, the USB connection stays operational, but the LAN connection goes offline. You have to power cycle the printer for the LAN connection to come back to life. The Offline condition seems to be random in timing, and I have not found any error messages. I have modified the LAN internal connection from Any to DHCP, to a fixed IP address, and it does not seem to make a difference. I have tried all of the suggestions on Dell and outside boards, but with no luck. My only other thought is that I have a hardware issue with the LAN in the printer.
