Dell 1700 Printer How to print page count statistics?

Q: Does anyone know how to print the page counter statistics page?

I have a Dell 1700 Printer (not 1700n) with the original drum.

Everything is working but I am trying to determine how to print a the page counter statistics report.

I can print the configuration menu and know how to reset the drum counter, but can not find any way to determine the number of actual pages printed.

Second-hand printers for sale on eBay (for example) regularily report the page counter, so it appears to exist. 

As this is not the Dell Printer 1700n, I can not access any web page.

I have installed the latest Dell Drivers for the printer (Vista x64 on WIndows 7 x64). There is some mention of toner management software but the software itself makes no mention of page counters and I suspect may simply echo the printer status lights.
