Dell 2130cn Cyan Not Printing Correctly

Hi we have a Dell 2130cn laser printer. The cyan doesnt print as it should, it prints out faded. All other colours are ok.

I have changed cartridges, shook and cleaned with compressed air.

Please advise on fix?
