Dell 922 How can I print borderless

How can I get the 922 to print borderless 8x10 pictures.  I have followed all of the instructions and even tried using photo paper.  I still have a border around all edges.  Please help!

  1. For best results, load photo/glossy paper and make sure the print side is facing up. For more information.
  2. Click Start® Programs or All Programs® Dell Printers® Dell AIO Printer 922® Dell All-In-One Center. The Dell All-In-One Center appears.
  3. With your document open, click File® Print.
To customize your print settings, click Preferences, Properties, Options, or Setup (depending on the program or operating system).
The Print Properties dialog box appears.
  4. On the Print Layout tab, click Borderless.
  5. When finished customizing your photo, click OK.
  6. Click OK or Print (depending on the program or operating system).

I have done all of those things.  Is borderless only going to work with images?  I'm trying to print letterhead but i did try printing it on photo paper to test it.  I'm trying to print from MS Publisher.
