Dell 968 AIO - fax

Hi,

I am back on the same subject. I have tried to solve all week-end with all your suggestions given by PudgyOne (thanks) but without success. I have ABBYY installed. Again, all works well, printing, scanning from the computer, BUT NOT FAXING. The printer itself has nothing wrong as I installed it on another computer and it works perfect. Again, here, when I try to fax with "Fax Dell 968AIO Printer" from the computer, it opens an icon on the taskbar (with clock) and an icon "Dell fax solution software" on the bottom of the screen (like for the other prgrms running); BUT DO NOT open a window !!

I have gone to Event Viewer and get the Print error message: The document Microsoft Word - Document1 owned by Hugues Dicker failed to print on printer Fax Dell 968 AIO Printer. Data type: NT EMF 1.008. Size of the spool file in bytes: 65536. Number of bytes printed: 0. Total number of pages in the document: 1. Number of pages printed: 0. Client machine: \\PCS3. When clicking on the link, I get:

I have spent hours on Internet trying to find a solution but without success. Could it be the file "xpsp2res.dll" being dammaged ?? I do not want to touch it until I am sure.
