Dell All-In-One 964 printer
I used to be able to go to the start button and find the Dell AIO 964 on there. Recently I had a virus cleaned up and the Windows OS was reinstalled. Certain things disappeared and I got many back, except the ability to go to the AIO commands from the start button. Someone help please. Thank you VERY much. email:<ADMIN NOTE: Email id removed per privacy policy>

Hi DJP1960,
Welcome to the community!
The Photo All in one center can be downloaded and re installed on your system by clicking on the links below:
Windows Vista OS - http://dell.to/IfHzfd
Windows XP - http://dell.to/Izghqe
Note: Please make sure that you uninstall the printer first from your system through "Programs and Features" inside the control panel or if it can't be seen there you can uninstall the printer through "Devices and Printers" under the start button before re installing the drivers that I have provided. Also make sure that the printer is still connected to your system when uninstalling.
Please let me know if any error comes up.
Thanks,
David Angelo

DJP1960,
You said...
Was this on a Dell computer? If yes, did you install the drivers in the correct order? How to Download and Install Drivers in the Correct Order
Make and model of your computer and operating system is helpful. 32-bit or 64-bit?
What virus program are you using?
Do you have the Dell 964 Printer disk?
