Dell C1765nfw Hard Reset

Does anyone know how to do a hard reset?  I don't mean just resetting things back to default.  I mean putting the printer in service mode and performing a full hard reset.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

OK, I found the information I was looking for.

Clear NVRAM from Tech Mode

  • Turn off the printer.
  • Turn on the power while holding down Left arrow,Right arrow, and Menu buttons.
  • Release these keys when "CE Mode" and "Password" is displayed.
  • Press Up arrow key twice and press the checkmark.
  • "CE Mode", "Printer" and "FAX/Scanner" are displayed. (Entered the CE Diag. mode.)
  • Press the checkmark key to select "Printer".
  • Press Down button to "Installation Set" and press the checkmark key to select.
  • Press Down button to "Clear All NVM".
  • Press the checkmark key twice to execute the test.
  • Power cycle the printer to return to the regular operating mode.

Nope!  Nothing yet.

My Dell C1765NFW printer is locked up. How do I do a hard reboot on the printer. Turning it on and off does not do anything, it still locked up.
