Dell Color Laser 3110cn
I have a Dell Laser Printer 3110cn. appear on the expression all 7.6 cm light magenta, black and cyan horizontal line. the line can not be obliterated, was thus with fixed. hate someone an idea what I might do or which part needs to be replaced. the consumables are 40% cyan, 80% magenta, 80% yellow, 40% black, 60% Fuser, Belt Unit 40%.
Does anyone have an idea which part might be defective? my guess is the fuser.
i am grateful for any information.

Hi Fawpldecf,
Welcome to Dell Community Forum.
Click on the link below for troubleshooting steps for Print Quality, Smudge, Smear, Faint, Toner Stripes Issues on your Dell Laser Printer 3110cn.

Additionally, you may also click on the link below for Printing a Contamination Check Report on your Dell Printer. The 3110cn operator panel refers to the report containing an image quality sample set for the printer as the ContaminationChk. Contamination of various components along the paper path can display as print quality defects. Often this problem can be resolved by cleaning the rollers along the path such as feed rollers, transfer roll, charge roll, and PC drum. When added defects such as smears, vertical lines, or spots appear on print, always check the fuser hot roller for contamination as a first step. When labels or other papers that contain adhesive backing are fed through the paper path, the adhesive has a tendency to bleed out onto the fuser hot roll during the fuse process. This causes print quality defects such as spotting, lines, and smearing.

hello,
I have taken all the steps. I think that it is up to dr riemeneinheiut since all color pages show the same error. I'm angry that still has the belt unit 40% lifetime. the side of the appliance counter is 60000 pages. Dell says that the part has 100000 pages lifespan.
