Dell Support Website search feature after you have input your Service Code

I am currently having issue with one of our Dell Printers. The error message they are getting is "Cover Open 005-301 Close ADF Cover". So I went to SUpport.Dell.com website enter in my service code for the printer. When I typed in that error message I got on Dell's website this is the results I got back.

How can I better use the search funcation on dell website to find the answers I need.
