Dell V715W Wireless Printing "Communication Not Available" Error

Any solutions or ideas for resolving the Dell V715W Wireless Printing "Communication Not Available" error?

This has been going on since I bought the printer new a few years ago.  Tech support can only say that the error can be resolved, temporarily, by pulling out the power supply brick, and then restarting the printer.

This works mostly, but really defeats the purpose of "wireless printing" if I have to get up, go to the printer, restart it, and then return to my work to print, and then hope the restart fixed the issue.

Thanks in advance!

TarheelCoastie,

Can you run Network Interface when you're connected to the same network as the printer?

Try these tweaks...

Start, control panel, device manager.

Go to the USB Controller section and click the + sign.

Go to each USB Root Hub and right click on it, left click properties, left click power management. Uncheck the box, allow computer to turn off this device to save power.

Restart your computer.

Start, control panel, device manager. Click on Network and then right click on your wireless adapter, left click properties, power management. Uncheck the box, allow computer to turn off this device to save power.
