Dell XPS running Windows 7 1 - HP LaserJet 1200 Driver Needed - How to Install Driver for Networked Printer

Received Dell XPS running Windows 7 1 as gift.  Cannot find driver for HP LaserJet 1200.  How can this printer be setup so I can print to it from Dell XPS.  Tried Dell chat support.  After almost 2 hours, support technician gave up saying he was only knowledge on hardware.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Found something that indicated driver for this printer is available in Win 7, but, directions given did not work when I tried to install the printer.
