Dell v515 printer won't print black
hello.
I still have a problem with my Dell v515 printer. Not only will it NOT print black, but also whenever I print in color, the results come out the wrong color. For example, If I print dark blue, it come out bright pink on the paper. If I print in black and white, the paper comes out blank!
Please help me!!

Can you copy a document under the glass? Black and white and color?
What program are you printing from?
