Error message 1203 and Right cartridge incorrect on AIO Printer 924 new ink cartridges

I just bought new ink cartridges from Dell. This is the first time I have replaced them. I installed them but keep getting the error message "1203"-so I look at my owner's manual, it says Print Head Short. It then says to uninstall and reinstall cartridges and/or unplug and re-plug printer in-both of which I did. Now it says "Right cartridge incorrect". There is nothing in the owner's manual about that. The cartridges are Black Series 5 P/N: M4640 and Color Series 5 P/N M646. Can anyone help?
