Printer - All in one

Purchased a V515 printer three years ago.  Experience problem with printhead.  Called tech support, was told that the print head probably had gone bad.  Willing to purchase a new one.  However, here's the kicker - DELL no longer supply the part.  It was suggested that I buy a new printer.  Is this going to be DELL's  new way of dealing with problem -  stop providing parts so that a person will have to purchase upgrades.  That's no way to run a company - it seems like the objective is for customers to go to another company for more quality equipment.  That's whati'm going to do.

My apologies for the miscommunication, “Inkjet Printer All-In-One v515w” is a 2009 model so there is a possibility the parts are no longer available with us in your region (region where you are currently located). The Dell part # for “PRINTHEAD KIT” is “X4M1P”. As it is not available with us, you can try ordering it from a parts re-seller.
