connecting to a new router
I just upgraded my router and now I cannot get my v310 all in one to connect to the router. After several attempts, all of them fail to open "wireless setup utility" under the settings in dell printer home, I uninstalled and reinstalled the software. I still cannot get the "wireless setup utility" to open. I tried the "WPS" push button method, didn't work. My wifi light is solid green. Now I am at a loss, please help.

Cannot find that model number.
Try using these Recommended Wireless Router Settings I use channel 11. I would make a new SSID to make connecting easier.
After you have the router setup, post back. If this is a dual-band router, you may want to make the one SSID jmhagans_G and the other jmhagans_N, that way you know which network you're connecting to.

Try channel 11, mixed mode. Firewall turn off in the router?

I'm sorry typo... It's Netgear wndr3700. I have to use a extender and it's wn2000rpt, the printer is in the same room as the wndr3700. In order to set the wn2000rpt up correctly, I followed these settings wpa2-psk, the router ssid is changed, mew password, channel 1, Dual mode but it only gives me the option to name both bands together, MAC filtering is off, dhcp

Ok, now I think I got it (kinda). I did change to channel 11 and double checked the firewall. Then I thought to reset network settings on the printer and try again. That worked (should have try that first I guess). I used the WPS setup and it was connected in less than a minute. Now my printer shows a solid green wifi light, displays my new routers name (not the old one) under network info, but I cannot get it to print from my laptop or scan a doc and send it to my laptop. I'm thinking a software issue now, but during the other problem I uninstalled and reinstalled the software. any ideas?

update... After resetting network settings, connecting to my wifi via WPS, uninstalling and reinstalling the software and drivers (for the second time) I have it up and running like it was before my old router <ADMIN NOTE: Profanity removed as per TOU> out. I appreciate your help, suggestions, and advice.

Just checking, you can print, correct? If not, there may be a stuck print job in the queue. Try running Delete Print Jobs to remove the stuck print job.

Yea, I can print and scan wirelessly. I've tried every function I can think of and they all work. I think it's right this time.
