dell 5310 cdn error message 092-673 how do i fix?

I have the same error for c2665dnf, did you already fix it.

According to the manual the CTD sensor should be dirty, but mine is not.

The manual said you should clean it if that does not work change the drup and if that not works  change the transport belt.

But my CTD sensor is not dirty at all so changing all above will cost me a lot of money but I do not think it will help.

The  printer has only made 3000 prints so the drum should be fine.

Please Dell support read this forum and give me an answer!!!!
