Unisphere Remote successfully configured as alert source in ProSphere 2.0 but not shows any alert
Hello,
I have installed and configured Unisphere Remote and this shows alerts from VNX (Block & File). It´s working fine.
Then I configured the access credentials and IP for this alert source in ProSphere. The status is "Success", here is the log:
Starting discovery for element of type UnisphereRemote using Access Profile Alerts from Unisphere Remote and address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
Starting discovery of namespace Alert
No Alerts were found during this collection cycle.
Finished 'Alert' discovery for : xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
Discovery of namespace Alert completed successfully.
Discovery completed successfully.
Everything looks fine, but alerts not appears in ProSphere.
What I am doing bad? How can I do troubleshooting? Any suggestion will be appreciated.
I have also configured alerts from CMCNE for Brocade switches and this is working ok, ProSphere is showing alerts from switches.
Thank you!
Jorge.

Hi Jorge
Have a look at emc326979 "ProSphere 2.0: How to setup alert integration for VNX (Block) and CLARiiON arrays" to ensure all steps are correct.
If your issue remains open an SR with support to review. Attach all the ProSphere logs that can be collected from the Manage logs of the UI
For any issues with alert collection from the plugin this will be logged in /var/log/srm-dcf-threadmanager-rest-application.log on the ProSphere Discovery VM.
Alerts received by ProSphere from the alert source will be documented in the below logs on the on ProSphere Application VM
/data/var/log/srm-alert-server.log
/data/var/log/srm-alert-server_err.log
/data/var/log/srm-alert-processor.log
/data/var/log/srm-alert-processor_err.log
Regards
