I would recommend you to use Uniblue Registry Booster 2012, its a system utilities software designed to make a computer run faster and stop it from lagging. Traditionally, to speed up a PC, the user was required to perform various system maintenance tasks on a regular basis. These tasks were complex and required advance knowledge of computer troubleshooting.

Detects and Fixes Registry Errors

Restructures and Defrags the Registry

Registry Backup and Restore Feature

Schedule the Registry Scan at Windows Startup

Customize the Registry Scan and Make Ignore List

Records Registry Repair Logs

I don't support the use of so called "registry cleaners" because they can aggravate a situation and take steps we are many times not manually aware of.

It is better not to resort to such programs if you don't know what is happening with the proposed fix and the registry.
Otherwise, a change to the registry can make a system unbootable by one mistake.

Here are some good discussions:

If you absolutely must use a registry cleaner, always backup the registry first:

I agree 100% with bugbatter.  Registry "repair" programs, "speed up" programs or whatever they want to call themselves are mostly "snake oil" and can mess up a PC to the point it will require a reinstallation.  I do part time PC repair and I've had to fix clients PC's that a registry program was run on, and unfortunately a couple of them couldn't be repaired and required reinstallation.
